This year’s International Health Day 2026 will be the fourth, and ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA has organised the event in cooperation with the Enterprise Europe Network and partners from the healthcare sector. Representatives from the worlds of industry, research and public health will be in attendance in Vienna, the metropolis of the Danube, to find out more about the latest trends, innovations and challenges in the healthcare and medical technology industry.
The event focus will be the topic of transformation:
- Mental health: keynote presentation from the internationally successful psychologist Lukas Klaschinski
- Smart production: digital transformation and automation in the fields of life sciences, medical technology and laboratory work
- Successful networking – know how: export opportunities and challenges, along with support in sourcing partnerships
- The central role of AI in the internationalisation of life science and medical technology startups
- Internationalisation in the digital health sector: examples from practical experience
The core component of the event will be on-site B2B meetings; new business relationships can be forged and existing links developed in these sessions.
In addition, there will be keynote addresses, presentations, panel discussions and workshops on cutting-edge topics and trends.
Online B2B meetings will be held on 25.3.2026 and excursions will be available, e.g. to the Center for Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering at the Medical University of Vienna and to Austria’s largest and most modern laboratory complex.
