The brothers Andreas and Georg Pesau jointly manage the organic winery with more than 300 years of tradition. The family's vineyards are located on the hills around the historic wine village of Falkenstein. The area offers the best geological and natural conditions for growing wine: Unique soils, characterised by shell limestone and formed around 17 million years ago, have created the basis for mineral wines for centuries.
The winery is certified organic and produces exceptional, mineral wines with an unmistakable style. The character of the wines reflects the soil, vintage and grape variety.
