GO SHANGHAI 2024
After a five-year break, ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA SHANGHAI in cooperation with Global Incubator Networks (GIN) will again organise a GoShanghai Startup delegation trip from 9 to 16 October 2024.
During the one-week stay in Shanghai, the Austrian Startup delegation will gain insights into the Startup ecosystem in Shanghai, including a legal and tax workshop, participate and visit the TechG Show 2024 and have individual meetings with local companies and hi-tech parks. Moreover, there will be numerous opportunities to generate international leads (companies, potential customers, business partners, etc.) at customised pitch and networking events, such as the Austrian Startup Night, which will connect the Startups with the Chinese Startup community, industries and investors.
As part of the delegation's trip, in addition to the trade fair visit, numerous workshops and idea exchanges with local incubators, accelerators and Startups are planned. The delegation will also visit two high-tech parks (Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park and Caohejing Hi-Tech Park), where visits to world-renowned companies such as Microsoft and Intel are planned.
The goal of the one-week trip to Shanghai is to familiarize the Austrian Startups with the Chinese business culture and to provide them with a network of contacts and the necessary information for their further market development in China.
GO SHANGHAI 2024 is made possible by a cooperation between AUSSENWIRTSCHAFT AUSTRIA and GIN - Global Incubator Network Austria and is part of the internationalisation campaign go-international, a joint initiative of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Economy and the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber.
