From 11 to 17 May 2020, the whole Austrian capital will live and breathe Vienna UP’20. For a whole week, Vienna will be providing an international stage for companies, investors and talents with more than 80 exciting and inspiring workshops, conferences, networking events and talks. More than 40 partners – comprising key players in the local startup scene as well as well-known international participants – will participate in the one-week programme under the umbrella of Vienna UP’20, showcasing the innovative potential of the city to an international audience.
The new format will emphasise the booming sectors of technology & FinTech and health and life sciences, as well as the topics of social entrepreneurship and Industry 4.0. These are all sectors in which the business location Vienna is well positioned, and the city hopes to impress the international audience with outstanding companies. With more than 20,000 visitors expected to attend, Vienna UP’20 will be the biggest international startup event ever to take place in Austria
