In close cooperation with GIN (Global Incubator Network) Austria, ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA Shanghai organized this year's edition of the GO SHANGHAI 2025 Accelerator Program with a total of 5 innovative Austrian startups. The one-week program began with an intensive onboarding session, where the startups were first familiarized with the Chinese startup ecosystem and introduced to the legal framework for market entry. Consul (Commercial Affairs) Mr. Christian Fuchssteiner provided an overview of current economic developments and future industries in China, while Vice Consul (Commercial Affairs) Ms. Alexandra Runge spoke about Austrian-Chinese trade relations and presented the services offered by ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA for startups. The Technology Consultant of ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA Shanghai, Dr. Hao Luo, once again expertly organized exciting B2B meetings, company visits, and networking opportunities in high-tech parks such as Taopu Smart Town. Through the individual B2B discussions, the startups were able to reach potential customers directly and move a step closer to their market entry into China.
Another highlight was participating in the S-Tron start-up fair, where the 5 participating companies (Aviloo, Nuvonis Technologies, Senseven, SiC Microtec, Sinntelligence) were able to present their innovative products to potential investors and partners from China. The high-quality professional program was rounded off by participation in the "Austrian Business Circle – Fall Edition 2025". Here, the startups not only had the opportunity for informal exchange with the Austrian Business Community but also had a short pitching session in front of around 120 people.
