Infineon Industry Workshop - Innovation and Talent advancing e-mobility and autonomous driving

  • Zalazone
Wide band gap semiconductor materials such as gallium nitride (GaN) and silicon carbide (SiC) are the ideal choice when looking for next generation of efficient power converter switches. The key for the next essential step towards an energy-efficient world lies n the use of these new WBG power electronics materials that allow for greater power efficiency, smaller size, lighter weight, lower overall cost – or all of these together.

WHAT IS THE WORKSHOP ABOUT?

The workshop will highlight the state of the art of technology and industry of wide bandgap  semiconductors (WBS), which are becoming the cornerstones of future power electronics. The workshop will also try to give an introduction into future challenges of e-mobility from an academic as well as industrial perspective.

WHY PARTICIPATE?

Get to know the latest technology of WBS and the company behind it. Meet Infineon and other stakeholders of the automotive industry and share your views on the topic.

There are plenty of examples and practical applications for the technology - get inspired and find out, how this solution can be implemented in your product or activities.
