On 13 and 14 February, 9 Austrian companies presented the latest technical solutions for ski resorts in the areas of ropeways, access control systems, snowmaking systems, snow removal, alpine and cross-country skis, snowboards and boots as well as media.

On the first day of the show, Austrian exhibitors presented to a select audience of industry professionals, including representatives from ski resorts and resort developers, real estate investment companies, hotels, local governments and policy makers.

Following the presentations, panel discussions on "Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) in Ski Resorts" and "The Future of Inbound Tourism" captivated the Japanese ski and winter sports industry representatives in attendance.

The "Austrian Winter Sports Seminar" was also very well attended. The high level of interest once again demonstrated the importance of Austria as a leading winter sports country and active SDG player for Japan.

Snow Expo 2024 once again proved to be an important platform for the exchange of information in the industry and provided important insights into future developments. Many Japanese visitors expressed their interest in Interalpin, which will take place in Innsbruck in 2025.
