What earth and nature begin is completed with the greatest care at the Waldschütz winery. The family relies on the knowledge and hands-on experience of the generations of winemakers who have worked there for 150 years. The 18 hectares of vineyards are located on predominantly sun-drenched slopes in the well-known winegrowing regions of Wagram and Kamptal.
Fruity, elegant wines grow there on primary rock, sandy loam and loess-gravel soils as well as on deep loam loess. Cultivation of the vineyards focuses on the optimal care of the vines and on maintaining healthy, living soils.
Above all, the single-vineyard wines with their clear-cut style and elegant fruit do great justice to their origin.
