Austrian innovation is set to make its mark in Singapore as the Global Incubator Network Austria (GIN Austria) launches its “GO SINGAPORE 2025” initiative. As part of the GO ASIA campaign, this initiative has been launched in collaboration with Advantage Austria. The initiative aims to connect Austrian start-ups with dynamic Asian markets, providing vital support for international expansion.
The GO SINGAPORE 2025 program will facilitate the entry of Austrian start-ups from all sectors into Singapore's competitive market. Following the closing of applications on 6 April, selected ventures are preparing for an intensive week-long immersion program from 27 to 31 October 2025.
The program includes digital onboarding with innovation protection consultancy, followed by a kick-off dinner in Vienna to provide market insights and networking opportunities. The core of the program is an immersive week in Singapore, offering direct market insights and connections with potential investors, partners and customers. A particular highlight is that the program aligns with the renowned SWITCH – Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology, a leading event that brings together global leaders, entrepreneurs and investors.
During SWITCH, Austrian participants will have the opportunity to engage with key figures from cutting-edge technology sectors such as health, energy, manufacturing and digital technologies. GIN Austria will support this journey by covering up to 80% of travel and accommodation costs, up to a maximum of €10,000 per start-up (or up to 90% with a gender bonus).
The program is aimed at growth-phase start-ups that have been established within the last seven years and have a unique product or service, a functioning prototype, a proven business model and at least seed investment. Selection is via an online pitch to a high-caliber jury.
GIN Austria's “GO SINGAPORE 2025” program demonstrates its dedication to promoting global growth and innovation within the Austrian business landscape.
