We, the Commercial Section of the Austrian Embassy in Kyiv (Advantage Austria Kyiv Office), are expanding our team and are looking for a “Administration and Communications Officer”.
These main tasks await you:
External Communication & Events
- Communication and support for event management (trade fairs, networking events etc.)
- Maintenance of the website advantageaustria.org/ua as well as social media channels (Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/AdvantageAustriaUkraine/)
- CRM (customer relationship management) database maintenance
- Correspondence with companies and authorities Internal administration and office organization (supported by an accounting team in our Headquarter in Vienna)
Internal administration and office organization (supported by an accounting team in our Headquarter in Vienna) - Office administration (communication with OSBB, service providers, public authorities etc.)
- Accounting; Invoices and document collection and entry; travel payroll
- Communication with our external payroll-service provider
- Preparation of transactions in online banking
- Monthly closing of the accounts
- Management of office inventory and IT infrastructure
What will be expected of you: - Experience in accounting and office administration
- Excellent Ukrainian and English and/or language skills (Good knowledge of written and spoken German would be a huge asset but is not compulsory)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, advanced skills in Excel
- Accuracy and structured thinking
- Reliability and discretion
- Efficient work scheduling and resilience
- Creativity, open-mindedness, and service orientatio
- Study or work experience abroad / in an international company is an advantag
- Communicative team player with a confident and skilled appearanc
