The main objective of the economic mission with focus on machine buildung was to establish business contacts between Austrian companies and representatives of local business circles for further development of mutually beneficial cooperation.
During the trade and economic mission, bilateral B2B-meetings were held between Austrian and Kazakhstani entrepreneurs, including representatives from "KAZ Minerals," "Eurasian Resources Group (ERG)," "ArcelorMittal Temirtau," "Kazakhmys" LLP "Republican Association of Mining and Metallurgical Enterprises," "Bogatyr Coal," and other leading local companies.
The participants of the delegation visited the Kazakhstan Machinery Fair 2023, an international specialized exhibition on mechanical engineering and metalworking. Austrian business representatives also participated in the XI Forum of Machinery Builders of Kazakhstan, the largest industry event organized by the Union of Machine Builders of Kazakhstan that brings together thousands of leaders from leading Kazakhstani and foreign machinery manufacturing enterprises, representatives of central government bodies, business associations, and customers of machinery products.
