COVID-19 poses many risks and challenges to the growth region of Central Asia. The Deputy Trade Commissioner in Almaty, Lisa Kronreif presented the diverse opportunities for innovative Austrian companies in the health and medical sector during an interactive webinar on the subject of “COVID-19 & Business Opportunities in the Central Asian Medical Sector” on June 23, 2020.
The topic aroused great interest with almost 60 participants.
The panelists of the webinar were Svetlana Radchenko (EBRD), Nickolay Demidov (IQVIA Russia), as well as representatives of healthcare companies, Arminas Macevicius (Takeda/NYCOMED-KAZAKHSTAN) and Ralph Lugbauer (ASKIN GmbH), who shared their experiences in the Central Asian markets and gave the participants tips for market development strategies.
