ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA is organising a Pacific Trade Mission to Papua New Guinea and Fiji, the two largest economies in the Pacific region.


Both markets are currently investing significantly in energy, infrastructure and healthcare, with further opportunities across sectors including security and communications, port development, mining, as well as industrial machinery and automation.


For locally based subsidiaries, this mission provides a practical platform to explore regional expansion opportunities and strengthen your presence in the Pacific. Participants will benefit from a tailored programme including:


  • Individual B2B and B2G meetings with potential clients, partners and key decision-makers
  • Market briefings aligned with your business interests
  • Networking events with business associations and industry stakeholders
  • Meetings with legal and tax experts, the EU Delegation, international financial institutions and government representatives

 

Programme Overview

24 August – 2 September 2026

  • Travel to Papua New Guinea, with meetings in Port Moresby and Lae
  • Onward travel to Fiji, with meetings in Nadi and Suva
  • Departure from Fiji

 

Participation Fee

€1,100.00 (registration via Austrian Head Office)

Note: Flights and accommodation are not included.
