The 12th WIRE CHINA – The International Wire & Cable Industry Trade Fair – will take place from 21 to 24 September 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). Driven by China’s rapid development of new energy, power grids, high-speed rail, 5G communications and new energy vehicles, WIRE CHINA is Asia’s leading professional exhibition for the wire, cable and pipe industry and attracts major players from this increasingly important market sector. With a focus on key segments such as speciality cables, high-voltage power transmission and smart manufacturing, the exhibition brings together global industry leaders and offers significant market opportunities.
The Austrian national pavilion at WIRE CHINA 2026 is supported by go-international, a joint initiative of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism and the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber. The pavilion brings together leading Austrian enterprises specialising in metal processing, welding technology, thermal processing equipment, cutting tools and high-end cable manufacturing and thereby showcases Austria’s advanced and innovative industrial technologies.
