China Housing Expo 2025
With China’s ambitious goal of becoming CO2 neutral in 2060 and the building sector still being one of the biggest energy consumers and CO2 emitters, there is an enormous potential to upgrade the energy efficiency of existing buildings and use more sustainable constructions methods in the future.
Austria is globally recognized for its know-how and advanced technologies in green building — covering timber construction, prefabricated components, sustainable building materials, and passive house. These strengths offer ample opportunities for collaboration to support the green transformation of China’s construction industry.
To support this vision, ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA Beijing will organize a catalogue exhibition at this year’s China International Exposition of Housing Industry & Products and Equipments of Building Industrialization (CIEHP, also known as the China Housing Expo), which will take place in Beijing Shougang International Convention and Exhibition Center from November 6 to 9, 2025. The Expo is jointly organized by the Development Center for Science, Technology and Industrialization of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the China Real Estate Association, and the China Architecture & Culture Center.
Over the years, the China Housing Expo has become a key driver of industry progress and is widely recognized as the most influential professional exhibition in China’s prefabricated and green building sectors. Its mission is to modernize the construction industry and promote sustainable development. The Expo provides an excellent platform for showcasing innovative products, facilitating technical exchange, and helping companies explore new market opportunities.
