ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT/SHANGHAI:
ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA, with around 100 offices in over 70 countries, represents the Austrian economy abroad and provides a broad range of intelligence and business development services. ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA Shanghai, the Commercial Section of the Austrian Consulate General Shanghai, is the central contact point for Austrian companies with business interest in the Yangtze-River-Delta and their Chinese business partners.
Currently, our team in Shanghai is looking for a candidate who can join from mid of August 2022 to fill the full-time position as an Administration Assistant. Our new colleague’s main mission will be to take good care of our unit’s human resources, budget and finances, IT/other equipment and our office organization. However, the tasks include organizing B2B events, content creation for mailings and publications as well as regular exchange with the Sino-Austrian business community, too. The position offers challenging and varied assignments in a convenient and well-connected workplace.
Basic requirements are German (first language / bilingual proficiency), English (full working proficiency) and solid IT skills (MS office, SAP). Business education and relevant working experience is an advantage. The position is well suited to individuals with a high level of analytical thinking and discretion as well as a reliable and self-reliant work style.
