Live Streaming Show promoting Austrian Consumer Brands

Live streaming of shopping shows has become increasingly popular in recent years to reach Chinese consumers. KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), who enjoy a high level of trust from their followers, play an important role, testing products live, commenting and interacting directly with their subscribers.

This is why Advantage Austria Beijing and Advantage Austria Shanghai teamed up to organize a live-streaming show with Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and cook Stefan Humml (W https://www.xiaohu-in-china.com), to promote and present Austrian consumer brands to Chinese consumers.

The live streaming show was streamed live on the major social media platforms Bilibili, Douyin and Weibo from 20:00 to 21:30 on 10 May. In an amusing way, Stefan Hummel - better known in China as Xiao Hu - cooked together with his surprise guests Consul General Helmut Rakowitsch, Consul (Commercial Affairs) Christian Fuchssteiner, Vice-Consul (Commercial Affairs) Manuela Sandler and Vice-Consul (Commercial Affairs) Alexandra Runge in Julius Blum's newly renovated show kitchen and, along the way, introduced his curious followers to top Austrian brands, which could be purchased directly during the stream.
