This year, Advantage Austria Hong Kong has actively engaged in a series of education fairs across Hong Kong and Macau, providing a crucial platform for students and parents to explore opportunities for studying in Austria.
The year began with the HKTDC Education & Careers Expo in January, where Advantage Austria showcased diverse academic programs from various Austrian universities. The event was bustling, with many students seeking guidance on their educational paths. Following this, the Macau Education Seminar offered an intimate setting for us to connect with prospective students, sharing insights about studying in Austria. This environment fostered meaningful discussions about academic opportunities.
In collaboration with the Consulate General of Poland, we hosted the Austria and Poland Education Fair in July, catering to students eager to learn about studying in both countries. The event generated excitement as students explored their educational options. The Global Education Expo, held in May, attracted around 3,000 visitors, with many high school students keen to learn about English-language programs in Austria. Advantage Austria's seminar was a highlight, providing valuable insights into studying and living in Austria.
Continuing the momentum, the 31st Hong Kong International Education & Careers Expo brought together over 1,000 colleges and consulting firms. Advantage Austria participated actively, emphasizing Austria's appeal as a top destination for international education through informative seminars.
The ESF Education Fair, taking place across seven campuses in September, engaged high school students and their parents. Advantage Austria's presence was key in sharing comprehensive information about the broad spectrum of education options available in Austria.
Finally, at the Study in Europe Fair, organized by the EU Office to Hong Kong and Macau, we not only showcased educational opportunities across Europe but also conducted a presentation. This allowed us to highlight the benefits of studying in Austria, fostering connections that will undoubtedly inspire future students.
Through these fairs, Advantage Austria Hong Kong and Macau has effectively promoted Austrian education, fostering lasting connections with students and parents. As interest in international education grows, we remain committed to supporting educational opportunities for future students.
