Webinar: Reducing Risks Without Losing Presence in China

Austrian companies continue to build on the growth market of China, but foreign companies with a presence in China are exposed to various risks in view of geopolitical tensions and a weaker overall economic situation. In this constantly changing environment, companies and their subsidiaries in China are therefore faced with the question of how these risks can be minimized without jeopardizing their business activities in China. Company representatives are therefore faced with the major challenge of not only mitigating the business-related risks of their subsidiaries in China, but also identifying proactive risk-minimizing measures and taking them in good time.

In order to support Austrian companies in overcoming these challenges, ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA Shanghai, in cooperation with Rainer Burkardt, founder and managing director of Burkardt & Partner Rechtsanwälte, organized a webinar on 8th April to provide information on which specific corporate or contractual measures that companies can implement in China and at their headquarters in Austria, in order to successfully secure their presence on the Chinese market and reduce risks at the same time.
