Incoming Mission Wood Construction Vorarlberg

Denmark is not the first country that springs to mind when thinking of wood construction. However, the interest of civil engineers, architects and developers in this specific field of sustainable building has grown significantly over the past years. ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA Copenhagen, together with the Danish Wood Association Træinformation and the Vorarlberg Economic Chamber, are organizing a studytrip for Danish architects and engineers to Vorarlberg, the innovative and traditional center of wood construction in Austria.

The studytrip gives participants the unique opportunity to find out about the outstanding technical possibilities of timber construction. We connect Danish participants with Austrian experts in the wood industry, leading architects and organizations and present them with innovative and sustainable projects in the region. The aim of the tour is to gain information from experts, exchange of knowledge and encourage collaboration between the Nordic and Austrian wood construction industry.
