ACF manufactures CORNERFORMER machines for the fabrication of cold-formed, seamless corners on flat sheet metal parts. This new technology does away with the need for welding and grinding the corners. The result is formed corners of best quality on stainless steel sheet metal with a polished surface. This cold-forming technology operates completely independently of the size and thickness of the sheet metal parts. Cold-forming corners is also advantageous when processing thin sheet metal and delicate pre-coated surfaces.
