First, their internal Check5 Wellbeing Program won the "Best Health and Wellbeing Programme" award for its proactive approach and exceptional team engagement, surpassing a participation rate of over 95%. Moreover, Swietelsky also won the award for "Business of the Year", awarded to companies that demonstrate a strong commitment to work health and safety and incorporate this into the daily working lives of their employees.

Swietelsky had set itself the goal of introducing a culture of safety in its workforce – from the very bottom to the very top across all its employees and aims to make safety an integral part of its corporate culture in the future. The company's dedication to employee welfare is already demonstrated with their Employee Value Proposition, offering additional leave days, and fostering a flexible work environment for those employees in need.
