RECAP

Hong Kong wants to embrace innovation and technology to build Hong Kong into a world-class smart city and has ambitious long-term development plans.  Austrian experts and tech providers are ready to contribute to fulfilling the visions laid out in the Smart City Blueprint and Hong Kong 2030+ Strategy. Austrian companies offer proven innovation and technology to tackle Hong Kong’s unique challenges as a densely populated, high-rise city. 

Together with the Business Environment Council, the Smart City Consortium, the Construction Industry Council and the Hong Kong Green Building Council, ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA Hong Kong hosted a 3-day event to showcase some of Austria's experts and best technology providers for smart city and urban tech solutions.

Austrian co-organisers included the Austrian Federal Ministry for Climate Action, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology, The Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) and the Austrian Technology Corporation.
