The Ettl organic winery looks back over a long tradition; in the 1980s, Christa and Paul Ettl decided to focus on winegrowing and committed themselves to organic methods of cultivation. Since 2006, their sons Michael and Christian Ettl have been actively involved in the business and will continue to run the winery for years to come, exploring new paths and approaches, but always in harmony with nature.
The vineyards of the winery are sited in the best locations around Podersdorf on the eastern shore of Lake Neusiedl, a region known for its excellent winegrowing areas. The winery's philosophy relies on local grape varieties to produce authentic and characterful wines that reflect the origin of the grapes.
