The sisters Nicole and Sandra create unique Pét Nats based on the Méthode Ancestral. Healthy grapes from Grüner Veltliner (white) and Zweigelt (rosé) are pressed whole, fermentation starts in the tank and the fermenting must completes fermentation in the bottle.

The sisters vinify Pét Nats with clear aromas and a fine mousse. Founded in 2021, the winery is located in Kamptal, in the north of Austria. The 40-year-old vineyards are cultivated organically. The Pét Nats rest on the lees for 18 months before being disgorged. Joy and refinement inspire the sparkling wines to be unique.
