The whole family is involved and Michael Malat, in the 10th generation of a long line of winemakers, determines the style of the wines with his own unique approach.
The wines delight with their uncompromising lightness, sophistication and elegance, making a complex and multi-layered impression, but are never cumbersome or lavish and thus have a very pronounced authenticity, primarily because the Malat winery only vinifies grapes from its own vineyards.
