West African Mining and Power Expo (WAMPEX) 2024
Ghana, formerly known as the Gold Coast, is the largest gold producer in Africa, surpassing South Africa. In addition, the country has rich deposits of diamonds, bauxite, limestone, iron ore, manganese, among others. The state-owned Aluminium Development Corp. has now agreed on a joint venture with the private company Rocksure International for the extraction of bauxite and refining worth over 1.2 billion USD.
The mining sector and the associated demand for (green) energy offer many business opportunities. For this reason, the Foreign Trade Center Lagos will organize an Austrian group stand at the West African Mining and Power Expo (WAMPEX), taking place for the 14th time from June 5-7, 2024, and warmly invites you to participate with your own stand or as a catalogue exhibitor.
This event is part of the internationalization offensive go-international, a joint initiative of the Federal Ministry for Digital and Economic Affairs and the Austrian Economic Chamber.
Take the opportunity to meet new business partners. The team of the Foreign Trade Center Lagos will take care of the organization with the trade fair organizer and also supports your company in promoting your trade fair stand on-site.
