STATEC BINDER is an Austrian manufacturer of high-performance bagging and palletizing machines and systems. They have over 40 years of experience and installed over 1,400 machines worldwide.
In 2009 they delivered two fully-automatic and six semi-automatic machines to the Thai rice producer KHAO C.P. CO., LTD., which has one of the most modern rice plants in the region. They are exporting more than 1.08 million tons of rice to more than 100 countries worldwide annually. KHAO C.P. CO., LTD. required an output of 840 to 1,200 bags per hour with a filling quantity of 5 to 50 kg of rice. This was easily achieved with the machines of the Austrian company STATEC BINDER. The bagging lines include weighers, inkjet printers, sewing machines and a control equipment (metal detectors, checkweighers and automatic rejectors).
In 2019 KHAO C.P. CO., LTD. approached STATEC BINDER with a new project, as the demand for smaller packaging sizes increased in the market. They needed a machine that was able to pack 1,800 bags per hour with a filling weight of 5 to 15 kg of rice, as well as 1,400 bags per hour for their bigger sized bags (30 to 40 kg). This project was successfully realized in April 2020 together with the local partner of STATEC BINDER, SB (Thailand).
