ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA Bangkok, together with Austrian Ambassador Katharina Wieser and Deputy Chief of Mission Andreas Sumper, recently accompanied a delegation of 20 Austrian companies on a business mission to Cambodia and Laos.
Representing sectors ranging from hydropower and railway technology to hot water systems, aviation, and banking, the participating companies engaged with key stakeholders and explored new business opportunities in Phnom Penh and Vientiane.
Successful market entry in Cambodia and Laos depends not only on innovative products and services, but also on strong relationships, mutual trust, and long-term commitment. The Trade Mission provided an important platform for Austrian companies to establish new contacts and strengthen their presence in these promising markets.
