The one-day masterclass provides a compact and practical overview of modern sales, communication, and negotiation strategies in international business.


Following a welcome address by the Austrian Trade Commissioner in New York, Dr. Peter Hasslacher, participants will begin with an interactive introduction to the modern sales funnel. The focus will be on analyzing customer touchpoints, making data-driven decisions, and leveraging digital tools – including AI-supported targeting – to achieve sustainable growth.


You will then learn how digital tools, personal branding, and authentic communication create visibility, build trust, and strengthen long-term client relationships.


A joint networking lunch with members of the local business community will offer space for exchange and new connections.


In the afternoon, we will explore the impact of effective communication, persuasive conversation techniques, and professional objection handling. Building on this, you will learn proven negotiation and closing strategies to achieve win-win solutions and successfully finalize deals with confidence.
