RYE by MARTIN AUER is on a mission to return bread to its rightful place at the center of the table. Born from Martin Auer, a Styrian family-owned bakery three generations strong, RYE is the result of decades spent perfecting the craft of what will be New York City’s only 100% rye sourdough loaf. Their Lafayette Street location in Manhattan is set to open as soon as construction is complete.
