Irene holds a PhD degree from the University of Vienna's Law School. Previous postings brought her to Zagreb, Budapest and Bratislava. Most recently she was responsible for ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA’s flagship event "Exporttag Austria". As head of the Washington DC office, Irene advises Austrian companies on trade policy issues, US sanctions and US public procurement.
