ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA Albania was pleased to take part in the World Education Fair, held on November 1st, 2025, at the Rogner Hotel Europark in Tirana. Organized by the Integral Group, this biannual event has become an important platform for Albanian students exploring international academic opportunities.
This year, ten Austrian educational institutions were represented at the fair, with two present in person and the remaining eight featured through comprehensive information materials. The Austrian corner attracted significant interest, highlighting Austria’s reputation for high-quality, innovative, and internationally oriented education.
Visitors had the opportunity to explore a wide range of academic paths—from business and technology to health sciences and psychotherapy—offered by Austria’s top universities and universities of applied sciences. The participating institutions included:
- Austrian Business Agency GmbH, which provides information about working and living in Austria.
- CAMPUS 02 University of Applied Sciences covers all relevant corporate areas with its range of business and technology degree programmes.
- The Carinthia University of Applied Sciences was founded in 1995 and has since developed into a unique educational institution in the Alps-Adriatic region.
- University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria: With around 5,700 students, the FH OÖ is the largest university of applied sciences in Austria and offers more than 60 Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes in a wide variety of subject areas at the Hagenberg, Linz, Steyr and Wels campuses.
- The FHV - Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences offers a practice-oriented, future-focused education with Bachelor's and Master's programmes.
- The University of Applied Sciences Burgenland offers 18 Bachelor's and 14 Master's degree programmes: Energy & Environment, Health & Social Work, Information Technology and Business.
- IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems is a modern, nationally and internationally renowned university of applied sciences in Austria.
- MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® combines science, business studies and consulting into a unique concept.
- Montanuniversität Leoben | Technical University of Leoben stands for excellent science, outstanding education and absolute pre-eminence in research and teaching.
- The Sigmund Freud Private University Vienna (SFU) is the largest private university in Austria and offers study programmes in psychotherapy science, psychology, human medicine, dentistry and law.
The fair provided a valuable opportunity for students and young professionals to connect with Austrian education providers, explore study options, and gather insights into career-oriented academic paths in an international setting.
