This year’s Vienna Arbitration Days conference is set to address this question with events held in Vienna on 12th and 13th May, 2023.
After two online editions of the conference, the organisers are delighted to announce that the event can once again be held in person.
A range of panels will discuss questions that include: which alternative paths to resolving disputes may be available, how the best counsel, experts and arbitrators can be selected for a case, and where responsibility for efficient resolution in arbitration might lie.
In addition, a choice of formats that includes fireside chats and a World Café will be promoting an exchange of views in smaller groups.
Registration for the conference (including early bird offers) is already open.
Further details about the event, including programme and registration, are available from the Vienna Arbitration Days website.
