At this year's Worldskills international vocational championships, which are being held in 15 different countries around the world, competitors from Austria will participate in the competition in Cleveland, Ohio. From October 17-20, 2022, the representatives from Austria will showcase their skills and knowledge in the disciplines of metal work and welding at Cleveland’s Welding Technology and Training Center.
In total, more than 1,000 young talents from 56 different countries will compete in 61 disciplines at Worldskills International 2022. There will be a total of 45 contestants from Austria, where the corresponding contest will be held at the Salzburg Exhibition Center from November 23-27, 2022. The WorldSkills competition is open to the public and free of charge. It provides an excellent insight into the diversity and excellence of international vocational education and training.
