When people start seeing pink horses around Vienna, you know the time has come, or soon will have: ViennaUP‘23 is coming to town.
ViennaUP is just the place to network with technology fans, look for investment (or offer funding), work together to develop visions and be creative, and there’s also plenty of room for presentations, workshops, hackathons and the local final of the Start-up World Cup Austria.
As ever, the programme is packed and diverse, and the core topics of this year’s event include Smart Cities, Creative Industries, Tech, Life Sciences, and Manufacturing.
The festival is being held across the entire city, showcasing Vienna as an attractive business location, and some programme items will also have hybrid presentation (in person and online).
Connect Day, ViennaUP’s matchmaking event that brings together start-ups, companies and investors, will also be taking place this year. The special feature of Connect Day is its focus on innovation, with a spotlight on companies seeking innovative start-up products and services. The day will be rounded off with an investors’ breakfast, presentations and master classes.
