OeAD student housing is a non-profit student residence provider and offers accommodation for around 10,000 students annually throughout Austria.
While the main goal is to provide energy efficient, climate friendly and ecologically built student guest houses, the pioneer in passive house building cooperates with national and international universities and offers two academic summer programs:
"Green.Building.Solutions." (GBS) and "Alternative Economic and Monetary Systems" (AEMS). Both start with climate change and continue with the topic of sustainability – the GBS in the building sector, and the AEMS with regard to economic and financial systems.
