Company profile
Vertessi is a small, high-end tabletop design studio whose tableware can be found in some of the world's best restaurants: in Heinz Reitbauer's Steirereck in Vienna, in Salzburg's Red Bull Hangar-7, in Munich's Tantris, as well as in Käfer's BMW Welt, in London's Berkeley Hotel, in Mario Lohninger and Sven Väth's former Cocoon Club and at Gabriel Kreuther and the World of McIntosh in New York.
Vera Purtscher, the architect behind these design creations, founded the Vera Pure manufactory in 1997 and joined forces with Vertessi, the venerable purveyor to the Imperial and Royal Court (1865). Love for the stylishly laid table inspires table art pieces that combine functionality, ergonomics and aesthetics: the unique "MoonLashes" flatware and the "SinStella" glassware collection.
