We are happy to introduce you to our ATRACT program because we believe it is a very interesting option for your students.
ATRACT is a private initiative, founded by experienced tourism professionals, who have set themselves the goal of sustainably counteracting the labor shortage in the hotel and hospitality industry in Austria. With our 3 pillars "find - train - place" program your students can gain their first practical experience through an internship or start a job in the hotel industry in Austria with fair working conditions. The students can improve their German language skills, gain experience abroad and are supported by the ATRACT community in a safe network.
